pk555 Terms and Conditions – Platform Rules for Pakistani Players

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and pk555 ("pk555", "we", "us", "our") governing access to and use of the pk555 website, mobile platform, and all associated services. By accessing pk555 at pk555.world, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them.

These Terms operate alongside the pk555 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference and form part of the complete agreement between you and pk555. Where any conflict exists between these Terms and a specific promotion's terms, the specific promotion terms shall take precedence for that promotion only.

If you are using pk555 on behalf of a company or organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms. pk555 reserves the right to update, amend, or replace these Terms at any time. Notice of material changes will be communicated through the platform. Continued use of pk555 following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

To register and use pk555, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and throughout your continued use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. pk555 operates a strict minimum age policy and will request identity documents to verify your date of birth during the account verification process. Any account found to belong to a player under the age of 18 will be immediately suspended and any funds returned or forfeited as permitted by applicable law.
• You must be a natural person — corporate accounts or accounts operated on behalf of a third party without written authorisation from pk555 are not permitted.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or close family member of a pk555 employee involved in the operation of odds markets or promotional systems.
• You must not be located in a jurisdiction where accessing online betting services is explicitly prohibited by applicable law. It is your responsibility to determine whether your jurisdiction permits online betting before registering.
• You must not have been previously self-excluded, banned, or suspended from pk555. Attempting to re-register following a self-exclusion or account closure is a violation of these Terms.

Each player may hold only one active registered account at pk555. Holding multiple accounts — whether under your own name, another person's details, or a fictitious identity — is strictly prohibited. pk555 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and forfeit balances found in accounts opened in violation of this rule.

During registration you are required to provide accurate and current information including your full legal name, Pakistani mobile number, date of birth, and a valid email address. You agree to update your account information promptly if any of these details change. pk555 is not liable for any issues arising from inaccurate information provided during registration.

Full account verification ("KYC") is required before processing your first withdrawal. Verification requires submission of:

• A clear photograph or scan of your National Identity Card (CNIC) — both front and back.
• A selfie holding your CNIC, where requested.
• Proof of payment method ownership — a screenshot of your Easypaisa, JazzCash, or bank account statement showing the same name and mobile number registered on your pk555 account.

KYC verification typically completes within 24 to 48 hours during business days. pk555 may request additional documentation at any time and may suspend withdrawal access pending satisfactory completion of any outstanding verification steps.

All transactions at pk555 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There are no currency conversion fees charged by pk555 on standard deposits or withdrawals. The following payment methods are accepted:

Minimum deposit: Rs 500. Maximum deposit: subject to the limits of your chosen payment method and your account's verification status. Higher limits are available upon completion of enhanced KYC review.

Minimum withdrawal: Rs 500. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever technically possible. pk555 reserves the right to request proof of the payment method before processing withdrawal to a new or unverified method.

Withdrawal processing times are as follows: mobile wallet transfers (Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay) typically complete within 10 to 30 minutes for verified accounts. IBFT bank transfers complete within 30 minutes to 2 hours during standard banking hours. Card withdrawals may take 2 to 5 business days depending on your bank's processing schedule.

pk555 reserves the right to conduct AML (Anti-Money Laundering) checks on deposits and withdrawal requests. Large or unusual transactions may be subject to additional review before processing. Accounts flagged for suspicious financial activity will be suspended pending investigation.

A bet is confirmed at pk555 only when a unique bet reference number is issued and displayed on the bet confirmation screen. Until that confirmation is received, no bet has been placed. pk555 is not responsible for bets that fail to confirm due to connectivity issues on your side.

The following general betting rules apply across all sports and market types at pk555:

• Minimum stake: Rs 100 per bet across most markets. Specific markets may carry higher minimums as displayed at bet placement.
• Maximum payout: Rs 5,000,000 per event per player per day unless otherwise stated on a specific market. Accumulator bets are subject to the same maximum payout limit.
• Void bets: A bet is void and the stake returned when a match or event is abandoned before reaching the minimum qualifying time, or when a market is settled in error and subsequently corrected.
• In-play bets: All in-play bets at pk555 are accepted subject to market availability. pk555 may suspend in-play markets at any time. Bets submitted during a market suspension will be rejected — no bet will be accepted or held pending market reopening.
• Cricket-specific rules: For T20 matches, a minimum of 5 overs per side must be completed for a match result to stand. For ODIs, 20 overs per side. For Test matches, there is no minimum over requirement for a result market to settle. DLS-revised results count for match winner markets.
• Errors: pk555 reserves the right to void bets placed on markets where an obvious pricing error occurred, including but not limited to odds significantly below or above expected market prices. Players are not permitted to knowingly exploit pricing errors.

For PSL matches, pk555 follows official PSL regulations for abandoned or shortened fixtures. Matches that are reduced in overs following toss are settled on the revised format, with DLS targets accepted as the official result for match winner markets.

pk555 offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, and the PSL Accumulator Boost. All promotions are subject to these general bonus terms in addition to any specific terms published on the individual promotion page.

• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to verified players aged 18 and over who have not previously claimed the same offer. Duplicate accounts claiming the same promotion will have all bonus funds forfeited.
• Rollover requirements: Unless stated otherwise, bonus funds carry a rollover requirement that must be completed before conversion to withdrawable cash. Standard rollover is stated on each promotion. Rollovers must be completed within 30 days of bonus credit.
• Eligible markets: Bonus funds and free bets must be used on sports markets with minimum odds of 1.50 per selection unless specific promotion terms state otherwise. Bets placed on excluded markets (e.g. certain Asian handicap lines or markets with extremely low house edge) will not contribute to rollover.
• PSL Accumulator Boost: The Acca Boost applies to pre-match accumulator bets on PSL matches containing a minimum of 6 qualifying legs. The boost percentage is applied at settlement to the net profit of the accumulator — not to the total return. Each leg must be at minimum odds of 1.50. The boost is applied automatically — no code is required.
• Expiry: Unused bonus funds and free bets expire after 30 days unless the specific promotion states a different timeline. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.

The pk555 VIP Club operates on three tiers — Silver, Gold, and Platinum — each providing weekly cashback on net losses calculated over the preceding seven days (Monday to Sunday). Cashback rates are: Silver 5%, Gold 10%, Platinum 20%.

Cashback is credited automatically every Monday by 12:00 PM PKT for the previous week's qualifying activity. The cashback rollover requirement is 1x — meaning the credited amount must be wagered once on any qualifying market before it can be withdrawn. There is no expiry on VIP cashback credits provided the minimum rollover is completed within 14 days of credit.

VIP tier progression is based on cumulative betting volume over rolling 30-day periods. pk555 reserves the right to adjust tier thresholds and cashback rates with 30 days' notice communicated through the platform. Tier demotion may occur if activity falls below the minimum threshold for a tier over two consecutive review periods.

Cashback applies only to real-money net losses. Losses incurred using bonus funds are excluded from cashback calculations. pk555 reserves the right to withhold or recover cashback credits where evidence of bonus abuse, multiple account usage, or market manipulation is identified.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pk555 account credentials — your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. pk555 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account and using a unique password not shared with any other service.

Any activity conducted through your account while logged in is your responsibility. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact pk555 support immediately at support@pk555.world. pk555 will suspend the account pending investigation as quickly as possible following such a report.

pk555 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. If you receive any communication claiming to be from pk555 and requesting your password, treat it as fraudulent and report it to support immediately.

The following activities are strictly prohibited at pk555 and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account, or using another person's account or identity.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets or exploit market pricing without prior written consent from pk555.
• Exploiting known or suspected pricing errors, technical faults, or system vulnerabilities.
• Placing coordinated bets across multiple accounts (whether your own or in collusion with others) to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome (arbitrage abuse).
• Using pk555 for money laundering, financing of terrorism, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Providing false identity documents or manipulated proof of payment during verification.
• Attempting to access pk555 systems beyond your registered account, including but not limited to hacking, reverse engineering, or attempting to access administration areas.
• Any conduct that is abusive, threatening, or harassing toward pk555 staff or other players through any communication channel.

pk555 employs automated and manual monitoring of betting patterns, account activity, and payment behaviour. Accounts identified as engaging in prohibited conduct will be suspended without prior notice. Any decision to forfeit balances will be communicated in writing with the reason stated.

All content on the pk555 platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, odds data, software, graphics, text, and marketing materials — is the intellectual property of pk555 or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for your personal and lawful betting and gaming activities only.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any part of the pk555 platform without prior written consent from pk555. Unauthorised commercial use of pk555 intellectual property is prohibited and may result in legal action.

pk555 provides its platform and services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every effort to ensure continuous and accurate service, we do not guarantee that the platform will be free from interruptions, errors, or technical faults at all times.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pk555 shall not be liable for:

• Any losses — financial or otherwise — arising from your use of the pk555 platform, including gambling losses.
• Service outages, maintenance windows, or third-party infrastructure failures that temporarily prevent access to the platform.
• Any delay in bet placement, settlement, or payment processing caused by internet connectivity issues on your side or by third-party payment providers.
• Losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms, including account suspension resulting from a breach.
• Inaccurate odds published as a result of a data feed error, where those bets are subsequently voided under the error correction provisions of Section 5.

Nothing in these Terms limits pk555's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

pk555 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We provide a range of tools within every registered account to help players manage their activity:

• Deposit Limits: Set a daily, weekly, or monthly deposit cap. Limits take effect immediately when set and can be reduced at any time. Increases to limits are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Limits: Set a maximum session duration. The platform will log you out automatically when the limit is reached.
• Bet Limits: Set a maximum single-bet stake amount across all markets.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily restrict your account for a period of your choice — from 24 hours to 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your account and exclude yourself from pk555 for a minimum period of 6 months. Self-exclusion requests take effect within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

pk555 takes its obligations regarding underage gambling seriously. Any player found to be under 18 will have their account closed and all funds returned to the registered payment method. Any winnings accumulated while underage will be forfeited.

pk555 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a change is material — affecting your rights, payment conditions, or the basis on which bets are settled — pk555 will provide at least 7 days' advance notice through a notification on the platform or via email to your registered address.

For minor amendments — such as corrections to typographical errors, clarifications that do not change the substantive meaning of any clause, or additions of new sections that impose no new obligations on players — notice may be shorter or provided at the time of publication. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the date of the most recent revision.

If you do not agree with an amended version of these Terms, your remedy is to close your account before the revised Terms take effect. Continued use of pk555 after that date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws under which pk555 holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or your use of pk555 that cannot be resolved through direct communication with our support team will be referred to the relevant regulatory authority or an independent dispute resolution service.

Before escalating any dispute formally, you agree to first contact pk555 support at support@pk555.world and allow a reasonable period — no less than 14 days — for pk555 to investigate and respond to your complaint. pk555 will acknowledge receipt of a formal complaint within 48 hours and aim to provide a substantive response within 14 business days.

pk555 does not operate under or accept the jurisdiction of any court or regulatory body beyond those applicable to its operating licence. Any claims beyond the scope of the regulatory framework under which pk555 operates will be declined.
